Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on cricjex is ৳500. The same minimum applies across all payment methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus is valid for a set period from the date of activation.
- It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
- cricjex reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
- Separate terms may apply to VIP cashback bonuses.
5.4 VIP Program
The cricjex VIP program has 5 levels — from Bronze to Diamond. Each level comes with weekly cashback benefits: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% weekly cashback at Diamond. It is possible to advance to higher levels through regular play.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
cricjex is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any strategy or software to circumvent bonus terms.
- Claiming the same bonus through multiple members of the same household.
- Using bots or automation to manipulate the platform's gaming system.
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Colluding or conspiring with other players.

14.2 No Waiver
If cricjex does not strictly enforce these Terms in a particular situation, this does not mean the Terms will not be enforced in similar situations in the future.
